Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Juga Fit AI handles information. We designed the app so you are not building a social profile here — you are transforming photos. We do not run a user-to-user network and we do not collect personal data in the traditional sense.
Who we are

What we do not collect
- No account registration with name, address, or contact details required to use core features.
- No messaging between users — the app does not transmit your content to other people.
- No sale of personal data. We are not in the business of profiling you for advertising databases.
Identifiers we may use
At most, the app may rely on a unique device or installation identifier for:
- Push notification delivery (via OneSignal), if you opt in to notifications.
- Analytics and attribution (via Singular), to understand how the app is installed and used in aggregate.
These identifiers are technical handles — not your name, email, or phone number unless you voluntarily send them to us through contact channels outside the app.
AI image generation (third-party)
Sports portrait generation is performed using a third-party service: fal.ai. The app currently uses these models/endpoints:

Before any AI request is sent, the app asks for explicit user consent.
When you proceed with AI generation/editing, the app sends only:
- The photo you explicitly select (this image may include face data or other personal visual information),
- Your text prompt and style instructions,
- Technical generation parameters (for example, edit mode and number of output images).
We do not send your contacts, messages, or unrelated gallery photos. The selected image and prompt are transmitted only to process your requested AI result.
Third-party SDKs
- Singular — mobile measurement and analytics. May receive app events and an anonymous or pseudonymous identifier as described in Singular’s documentation.
- OneSignal — push notifications. If enabled, may store a push token and related delivery metadata.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We integrate them only for the purposes above.
Face data (sensitive data)
The app does not perform identity verification, face recognition, or biometric template extraction. However, selected photos may contain a person’s face and are treated as sensitive visual data.
- What face data is collected: only face-containing pixels within the user-selected image.
- Purpose of use: generate or edit a sports portrait requested by the user.
- Third-party sharing: sent to fal.ai only after explicit in-app consent, solely for processing the request.
- Storage location: generated results and related history are stored locally on the user’s device in app storage.
- Retention: stored until the user deletes items or clears app cache/history.
Data on your device
Generated images and history are stored locally in the app on your device so you can revisit creations. This local data remains until you delete items in the app or clear app cache/history. We do not operate a public or social cloud feed of your portraits.
Children
Juga Fit AI is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us through support email, contact us and we will address it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
