By installing or using Juga Fit AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.
The service
Juga Fit AI is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to create sports-inspired portraits from photos you provide. Features, styles, and availability may change as we improve the product.
Your content
- You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or non-consensual imagery of other people.
- You are responsible for how you share generated images outside the app.
The app does not enable direct sharing of data between users. You are not publishing into a community feed operated by us.
AI generation & third parties
Image editing is powered by a third-party API: fal-ai/bytedance/seedream/v4/edit. When you request a generation, only your chosen image and the associated prompt are transmitted to that service. Results depend on AI models; outputs may be imperfect, artistic, or unexpected. We do not guarantee that results will match real teams, brands, or individuals.
The app also uses Singular (analytics/attribution) and OneSignal (push notifications). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
No professional advice
Generated portraits are for entertainment and personal expression. They are not official team merchandise, endorsements, or identity documents.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer protected systems, overload services, or use outputs to harass, impersonate, or defraud others.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and branding belong to Your IT Specialist and its licensors. You retain rights to your original photos; generated images are provided for your personal use subject to applicable law and third-party model terms.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or discontinue features if required for legal, security, or maintenance reasons. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Your IT Specialist’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply where required.
